This multi-track competition takes students out of the classroom and into the real world. Now celebrating more than a quarter century of excellence in new venture creation and entrepreneurship, the competition challenges students to develop products or services and present their plans to bring them to market.
Open to all students in all majors at the University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State University, Keene State College and Granite State College. Participants will present their business proposals before panels of business leaders who judge their commercialization potential. The competition honors those students who have developed the most compelling proposals and concludes with the presentation of the Paul J. Holloway Prize.
Tracks include: Technology, High-potential service/product, Hospitality and Service Solutions, and Social / Environmental
1 p.m. Student entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas
4:30 p.m. Celebratory reception and awards ceremony
The Holloway Entrepreneur of the Year will be announced at the reception.
