About the Presenter: Michael Kurek, MBA, PhD:  Over his 35-year career, Michael Kurek has excelled in diverse roles in the product development process: research scientist, project leader, product manager, marketing & sales executive, and consultant to technology entrepreneurs. Prior to joining BBCetc in 2001, Michael held senior management positions in marketing, sales and business development for a number of life science companies – two of which completed successful IPOs. He earned a PhD in Genetics from Florida State University and an MBA from Boston University.
