Do you find that there is never enough time in a day to get everything done? You can accomplish much in a day but business leaders need to make sure that the important things get done. We will learn about techniques to prioritize all of those things on your “to-do list” to turn it into a “success list”. “If you chase two rabbits, you will catch none.” We’ll help you understand how to choose which rabbit to chase. We incorporate concepts from several different sources, including “The One Thing” by Keller and Papasan. After this seminar, you will feel empowered to start your day, your week, your month or even year with a clear success plan that dovetails with your overall strategic plan. This seminar is useful for anyone at any level in an organization who is challenged to get the important things done on a timely basis.
