About October’s Seminar:
Our speaker for October’s Seminar is Karil Reibold, President of Reibold Consulting and an adjunct professor in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Karil has a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Through her consulting business, she works with companies to define organizational strategy and offers executive coaching across diverse industries. She also co-teaches courses at UNH on the topics of private equity, venture capital finance, and the meaning of entrepreneurship. Throughout her over 25 years of experience, Karil has helped companies raise in excess of $300 million in venture capital, worked on staff or as a consultant to venture funds in Silicon Valley and Boston, held various CFO/COO roles with venture backed companies, and served for several years as President and CEO of a telecommunications start-up.
During the seminar, Karil will provide insight on finding the value and market potential of an idea, and will share her advice for creating a vision, strategy, clear objectives, and the right culture for a success venture. We look forward to learning from her extensive experience and hearing her unique perspective as a woman in a male dominated field.
